Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a team, and drive daily operations to meet store goals.

You will manage customer service, handle inventory and banking tasks, coach associates, ensure safety and policy compliance, and coordinate with senior leadership to maintain a welcoming store that reflects the Goodwill brand.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operations to achieve profit, revenue, and production goals.
• Leads the sales floor team, provides coaching, and ensures customer service excellence.
• Manages inventory, banking tasks, and daily paperwork; maintains store standards and safety policies.
