Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales floor operations to meet goals for profit, revenue and production.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensure store standards, cleanliness and Goodwill branding are maintained.
• Handle complex sales, returns and customer issues with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with leadership on staffing, coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with policies across divisions.
