Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, drive achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly goals, and lead a motivated team of Retail Sales Associates. You will ensure exceptional donor and customer service, manage daily operations, and maintain store standards in line with Goodwill brand.

A background check and drug screen are required where applicable, with high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to meet goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure store compliance with security, safety, and company policies; manage staffing and performance reviews.
