Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations across our Phoenix location, driving revenue, production, and customer service excellence. You will manage payroll and operating costs while promoting a welcoming Goodwill brand experience for donors and shoppers.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management and 1 year of customer service experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor and drives store performance.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers and resolves issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Trains and develops store team members; acts as key holder when needed.
• Travels to GCNA locations for support and training as required.
