Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and drive daily store performance toward set goals.

You will supervise operations, ensure excellent donor and customer service, maintain store appearance, handle deposits as needed, and coach staff to uphold Goodwill's values of trust, collaboration, and ownership. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales goals.
• Lead and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards.
• Handle deposits and basic banking procedures as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies.
