Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager in Glendale, AZ to lead the sales floor, drive sales goals, and motivate a team of Retail Sales Associates.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing and training, uphold store standards, and participate in company-wide initiatives while promoting Goodwill\'s mission and core values.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Leads and coaches Retail Sales Associates to build motivated, high-performing teams.
• Manages inventory reporting and daily paperwork reconciliations.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness, appearance, and alignment with the Goodwill brand.
