Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the Goodyear location. You will lead the sales floor team, drive sales goals, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent donor and customer service.

The role requires prior retail management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A background check and drug screen may be required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in Retail Management.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales floor operations to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Directs day-to-day retail operations within their defined work area.
• Maintains inventory processes and reports on stock levels and reporting.
• Ensures customer service excellence to donors and customers and de-escalates issues with management guidance.
• Manages team performance, coaching, and development of Retail Sales Associates.
