Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead store operations in Glendale, AZ. You will oversee production, Appoint Assist Store Manager(s), and Donation Attendants, while driving income and donations through strategic planning and team leadership.

The role emphasizes people leadership, inventory and financial controls, and delivering exceptional donor and customer service in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with Retail District Manager on strategic plans to drive donations.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store appearance and brand standards.
• Train and develop Team Members and optimize donations flow.
