Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an associate manager/store lead in the United States. The role focuses on wow-ing customers, supervising daily store operations, and ensuring an exceptional checkout experience.

You will assist with stock, training, and merchandising while supporting the leadership team. The position requires 1+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to remain composed under pressure.
• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and ensuring fast, friendly check out experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance as needed.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Open or close the store, manage cash, locks, alarms and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and customer service optimization.
• Perform basic store maintenance and cooperate with leadership on merchandising procedures.
