Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a capable store supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, supervise associates, and ensure merchandise is stocked and presented to maximize sales across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout for guests.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure duties are performed with great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, accountable for store operations, staff, service, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure daily readiness.
