Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a Store Leadership/Assistant Manager type role. You will wow customers at checkout and train crew on the Five Below customer service standard.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, assist with receiving and stocking, and may act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service standards (B.E.S.T.).
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
