Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to oversee crew, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage daily store operations in Warrensville Heights, OH. You will train staff, supervise opening/closing, and drive sales while maintaining costs and service standards.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This hourly position starts at $11.50 per hour with benefits eligibility through the company

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf presentation.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staffing.
