Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store crew leader to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. You will oversee staff, train associates, open/close the store, manage cash, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours and a dynamic team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, manage cash, locks, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stock room, and facilities.
