Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll open/close the store, manage associates, and partner with the leadership team to drive sales and maintain standards.

This hourly role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive starting wage around $16 per hour with opportunities to grow as Five Below expands.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and strong service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room organization.
