Job summary

Five Below is seeking a qualified manager for our Warren, OH location to lead store operations and coach the crew in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will supervise daily activities, support onboarding and training, manage opening/closing procedures, and work with leadership to optimize merchandising and sales performance. Excellent communication and prior management experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, think creatively and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on BE.S.T. customer service and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with stock receiving and merchandising on the sales floor.
• WOD duties: managing store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing processes including cash handling and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and safety checks.
