Job summary

DSW-Shoe-Warehouse,-Inc. seeks a store leader to drive customer experience, sales and inventory execution in our retail location.

You will partner with the store management team to execute priorities, coach associates and ensure policy adherence while maintaining store standards. You will personally lead open/close procedures, monitor KPI progress, and support omni-channel initiatives such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and in-store merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• High school diploma minimum; some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
