Job summary

You will coach associates, supervise daily open/close tasks, and ensure store standards are upheld while supporting merchandise placement and omni-channel activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales goals.
• Assist in merchandising, store recovery and merchandise placement.
• Support scheduling, payroll and labor deliverables with the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and asset protection standards.
• Participate in omni store activities such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
