Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to support store management in driving sales and customer experience. You will help with inventory, omni-channel activities, and cashwrap efficiency while upholding company standards.

You will engage customers, follow store procedures, and assist with tasks from opening/closing to clean-up. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' workforce experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts outside traditional hours.
• Excellent customer service with a professional and positive demeanor.
• Proficient use of technology for customer interactions (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Able to stand or walk up to 100% of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive sales and KPI performance.
• Maintain in-store experience by modeling customer experience leader behaviors.
• Assist with omni activities including in-store and digital services.
• Ensure safe store environment and follow all policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to store manager on associate performance and issues.
