Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store crew leader in Massachusetts to guide daily operations, support onboarding, and drive sales. You will supervise associates, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and maintain stock levels on the floor.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic retail environment. Starting at $16.00 per hour, the position may involve day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking to optimize merchandising and operations.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities, ensuring staff perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising and expenses.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
