Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a results-focused store crew lead to WOW customers with friendly, fast checkout and hands-on supervision of daily operations. The role includes training associates, opening/closing the store, and ensuring merchandise flow to deliver top-notch service.

You will work with a high-energy team at our Boston-area location, offering flexible scheduling including weekends, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, value-driven retailer. Starting wage is $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on BEST customer experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Open/close store operations and security procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
