Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and performance of associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floors replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty and supervise operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and alarms, ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery strategies.
• Perform routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
