Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout for every guest.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure tasks are performed effectively and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing processes including cash security, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance such as waste removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.
