Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed with responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store including cash handling, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including stock room and common areas.
