Responsibilities

• Offers friendly, personal contact with customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities, ensuring duties are performed effectively and guest service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for rapid stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, securing store, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Performs general store maintenance and upkeep.
