Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service and fast checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
