Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on BE.S.T. customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and maintains service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; handles store operations and staff issues.
• Opens/closes store; secures cash, doors, alarms for daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via better merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping.
