Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing new stock for sales floor
• Act as Manager on Duty; manage store ops, staff, service, issues
• Open/close the store; secure cash, doors, alarms, daily prep
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and service
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery
• Performs store maintenance (cleaning, stock room, etc.)
