Job summary

Five Below in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced retail leader for an hourly Store Supervisor role starting at $14.50. You will wow customers through friendly service, train crew on the BEST customer experience, and help oversee daily store operations and staff performance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, stocking, safety, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness. Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of management

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick sales floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room organization.
