Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring performance and customer service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning, stock room upkeep, and general cleanliness.
