Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wowers customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures strong customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and staff
• Manages opening/closing the store, cash handling, and security
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
