Job summary

Five Below in Leesburg, VA is seeking an energetic Crew Leader to WOW customers and lead daily store operations. The role involves supervising associates, assisting with receiving and merchandising, and ensuring an outstanding checkout experience.

You’ll train team members, manage opening/closing, and support onboarding while driving sales and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. A strong communicator with leadership skills is needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout speeds.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures strong service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and efficiency.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and store procedures.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
