Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in High Point, NC to drive customer service excellence and supervise daily store operations. The candidate will train crew, oversee performance, help with receiving and merchandising, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, maintaining stock organization, and supporting onboarding and ongoing training of associates to boost sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations and staff management.
