Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help manage stock, support onboarding, and drive sales while controlling expenses. A strong communicator with retail management experience is preferred.

The role requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with responsibilities including opening/closing the store and ensuring a safe, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure strong customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff.
