Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dynamic leader to ensure top-tier customer service and smooth store operations. The role involves supervising crew, training on the BEST customer service experience, and managing daily activities to maintain high performance across the sales floor and stock areas.

You’ll occasionally lead opening/closing routines, coordinate merchandising, and support onboarding and ongoing training, helping the team meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowe customers through personal interaction and fast, friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff.
