Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly check out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, securing cash, locking doors, and alarm setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service improvements.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
