Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Creative thinking and problem solving to improve customer experience.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with friendly, fast checkout experiences.
• Train and supervise crew on policies, product knowledge and store procedures.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Open/close store operations, secure cash, set alarms and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Drive sales by merchandising optimization and operational efficiency.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
