Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store leader to WOW customers and supervise daily store operations. You will train crew members on the BEST customer service experience, oversee staff performance, and help with receiving and stocking to ensure fast, friendly checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations and staff.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance including cleaning and stock room organization.
