Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an energized leader to oversee store operations and ensure outstanding customer service. You will train crew, manage daily activities, and act as Manager on Duty to address urgent issues and maintain smooth operations.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, merchandizing collaboration, and ensuring staff performance, with a focus on delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
