Job summary

Five Below, a fast-growing value retailer, seeks an energetic leader to support daily store operations and guest experience. You will train crew, supervise associates, and manage opening/closing duties while driving sales and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates to deliver high service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floors replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store initiatives.
• Perform routine store maintenance and cleanliness.
