Job summary

Five Below is looking for a store leadership professional in Bel Air, MD to wow customers with friendly service and to train the crew on the BEST shopping experience. You will oversee daily activities, assist with stocking, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. The role requires a High School diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, and flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service with friendly interaction.
• Train crew on the BEST customer experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to shelf-ready items.
• Act as Manager on Duty with store operations and staff management.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms, prepare for day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform maintenance duties such as cleaning and stocking stock room.
