Five Below is hiring for a Store Manager on Duty/Assistant leadership in a high-energy retail environment in Catonsville, MD. You will guide crew performance, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and stock organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members provide WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance of duties.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
