Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer with personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Opens or closes the store, handles cash, locks doors, and sets alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staffing, and customer service improvements.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room organization.
