Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to supervise daily operations in a busy retail environment. You will train crew, ensure a fast, friendly checkout, and act as Manager on Duty to address issues and uphold service standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma (College experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management experience, with strong communication and the ability to multitask under pressure. Expect a varied schedule and physical duties on the sales floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking goods.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles operations and staff.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives sales and manages expenses through merchandising.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock room.
