Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member in a fast-paced retail environment to drive the customer experience and sales. You will train crew, oversee daily operations, and manage opening/closing procedures while ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stocking operations.
