Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Manage phone inquiries according to policy and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, invoicing, and core/warranty processing.
• Ensure proper store opening/closing procedures and security measures.
