Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager with sales, service, store appearance, and daily operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification within the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff adherence to schedules and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money and building.
• All other duties as assigned.
