O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.

This role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The team values strong communication, automotive knowledge, and a commitment to a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Answer phone calls according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; contact customers as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, manage security procedures, and ensure schedules are followed.
• Coordinate communication of Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties, count money, prepare deposits, and secure the store.
• All other duties as assigned.

RSS Certification

ASE Certification (preferred)
