Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will also assume shift management when managers are unavailable.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage store tasks, service standards and daily operations across the showroom and back-end processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and supervise cash handling and deposits.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure proper scheduling and clock-ins/outs.
