Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephony and order processing are performed per policy.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently; issue refunds correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
