Job summary

Five Below is seeking energetic team members for hourly roles in our Albuquerque store. You will help wow customers with friendly, speedy service and assist in training crew on our BE S.T. customer experience standards.

You’ll support daily store operations, stock organization, and cashier duties while projecting a positive, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling including weekends, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• MUST have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and takes responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
